I had wanted to visit to HxM since he had opened the restaurant in 2002. I knew the restaurant had very good reputations and was filled to tables every day. I was really impressed that all foods were outstanding. I was sure that they were one of the best French Cusines I had had in this several years. "Gougere" |

Also the service of all staff was a perfect ! Wine list was a fabulous, too ! 1st Verget Macon Villages 2002 3500 yen at the restaurant I love Verget 2002 ! I could not believe this was in class of Macon Villages AOC. It was a really nice Burgundy White ! I felt a hint of herb at first then felt a very nice hint of minerals , then finally felt a big volume of a very impressive fruits. |

2nd Nicolas Potel Pommard Vignots 2000 8000 yen at the restaurant I was not able to stand for ordering this even though there were a lot of very good reasonable red wines on the list, for example Bellecourt Pinot Noir. This was an amazing Pinot Noir ! I was shacked my heart very much. Oh ! What a wonderful "Pinot" was this ! I thought 8000 yen was too much reasonable ! |

I had a really pleasant time here. I was impressed very very much. What a wonderful restaurant here was ! Hiratsuka is located Shonan Sea side area in Kanagawa. You may think it is far from Tokyo but it takes only one hour from Shinjuku taking JR Shonan Line. I strongly recommend to came here from Tokyo. I am sure you can enjoy the restaurant very much. |
