I went to Japanese restaurant "YAMADAYA" in Tsukiji to be taken a interview for "dancyu", a famous magazine in Japan, featured Japanese wine.
I had a hell of tasting for the feature the day before yesterday. It was a heaven of the drinking and eating event today.

All dishes of Yamadaya were really wonderful.
I was impressed that Japanese grape " Koshu" was very good for "Japanese Quisine". When you drink "Koshu" with out foods, you may be not feel a goodness. But when you drink "Koshu" with any foods, you can find a something goodness, I believe.
Anyway all of us enjoy very good Japanese wines and very good foods forgetting that this was the interview for the magazine.
How nice Japanese wines were !
