Sep 13 I have been very tired due to the big event yesterday. I was dazed all daylong. But it was my turn of cooking. I cooked Ika-Sashimi and Acquapazza.
	1st Bodega Lurton Torrontes 2002 1000yen What a nice fruity wine was it ! 2nd Chateu Pesquie Terrasses 2002 What a elegant red wine was it ! I thought this was very good for a lot of Autumn cuisines. Enjoy !
