Crisp, fresh, dry, clean... these words may let you know this is light body wine, but this is very tasty rich white wine. I love this ! 2nd Caves de la Tourangelle rouge 2002 1000yen The name of this Loire red has changed from " Cabernet " to " Rouge " in 2002 vintage. Because the blend was changed from "Cabernet Franc & Cabernet Sauvignon" to " Cabinet Franc & Gamay". But I didn't feel any stereotype Gamay taste & flavor like a Beaujolais. I thought the taste was like a classical Bordeaux rouge, medium body, earthy, very well structure, good balance. Good,Good.
