| The distillery was very good. Then I arrived at Lake Suwa and had a very nice Soba lunch seeing really beautiful the lake view. |

Then I went to "Miyasaka Jozo", was very well known local Sake Brewery in Suwa. |

Then I arrived at Exiv Tateshina Hotel at Mt. Tateshina and took a French dinner. |

1st Patrick Javillier-Guyot Savigny Les Beaune 1er cru 1998 (BYO) It was very difficult wine. Very hard, very Mature, very dry... Difficult for me... 2nd Flourent de Merode Corton Les Marechaudes 1995 I had enjoyed this Corton very much last time, but I did not feel same taste as last time tonight. Was it due to a long time driving all day long ? But it was getting to recover a bit. Any way, a mature wine was difficult. I thought I had a good experience. |
