Sep 4 We received Mr.Paul Couvreur & Mrs. Francoise Couvreur to Cave de Re-Lax today. They introduce me a lot of outstanding "Domaine" Champanges. I heard many interesting topics about Champagne. Thank you very much for the visiting.

Then I attend " Marche Aux Vins YAMADA 10th Anniversary Party " at Hermoni in Nishi-Azabu. Even though it was unusual terrible rain tonight, there were a lot of attendance in the restaurant. The big bottle Mr.Yamada, owner, had was Taittanger Brut 15L ! it was called " Nabucodonozor ".

I knew the name of the big bottles, but this was the first time for me to drink it.

Big was really nice ! Any way, It past 10 years ! So long ! Congratulations ! Well.... I remember I had a sushi & wine dinner at Goto before the party. It was so nice as usual.

1st Verget Bourgogne Aligote 2001 1400yen It had a big volume of acidity. It was very good for such a humid and hot night. Very good!

2nd Robert Gibourg Morey-Saint-Denis Clos de la Bidaude 2000 3444yen I didn't drink this wonderful " Pinot Noir Nature" for a long time. It was getting better and better. Very good mature ! I love this !
