We received the new vintage of Pesquie Chardonnay. It was really nice ! Comparing with 2002 vintage, This was a full-bodied style, I thought.
I felt a lot of " tropical fruits taste" with the 2003. But the very good balance let me feel very clean and elegant. This was great !
This was Japanese traditional style red wine in Japanese traditional bottle named "Isshoubin". I bought this at the winery I went to on Aug 30.
A long time ago, I used to drink this red. I remembered the taste. This was a typical Japanese very good wine. I enjoyed this very much. It was very fruity.
I also felt something similar taste with Bourgogne charming PinotNoir.
I tried the third bottle tonight. I was going to drink this new vintage just tasting. I wanted to try this ASAP because the taste of this wine was bit a different depends on the each arrivals.
The each time, I had negotiations with the winery again and again. Any way, I was very happy to drink this new vintage. This was great ! I thought this was the best one of every arrivals ever. Concentrated, full-bodied, complex, very good mature, easy to drink and elegant. It was really nice.
Oh ! I drank all.
