Aug 27 I saw "The cooking show of taking tuna to pieces" at Choufu-Parco, where was a department store selling wines of Cave de Re-Lax.
		It was so exciting for me. Then I bought the pieces of tuna Sashimi. Then I had a Temaki-Sushi party at home. The tuna was marvelous !

1st Chateau Perin de Naudine 2000 1554 yen Surprise, surprise... This was Grave, Bordeaux white wine. It has been getting better. When the white arrived to Japan this January, the taste was not open. But it has been open the taste. I loved a very good harmony of complex tastes. I recommend this ! 2nd Cescon Raboso del Veneto 2002 1000 yen We received Cescon Raboso with the new vintage and new label. Unfortunately, we had to put off a twig from 2002 vintage due to a quarantine problem, but I thought this was a really stylish label, looked so cool. The taste is really nice, very good ! I felt this had a kind of Merlot feeling, something similar with some great wine in Bordeaux right coast. I thought this was the most elegant Raboso in these vintages. It was really nice !
