The acidity of this white was really nice.
There were very few wine that had such a good acidity in this price range, I thought.
It is "UMAI". UMAI = Delicious in Japanese.
2nd Domaine de Petit Roubie 2002 1000 yen
Actually, this was opened yesterday, but I didn't drink this due to feel a
"deoxidize smell", which often appear with organic wines because many organic
wines are bottled by putting nitrogen gas.
Somebody do not mind the smell, but I don't like the smell.
Fortunately, the deoxidize smell disappeared today.
Very nice concentrated fruits flavor got to appear instead of the deoxidize smell.
I really enjoyed to drink this. UMAI !
When you drink this organic wine, I recommend to open the cork early.
