The Thirteen Frriday. My rice cooker was broken.
I cooked a dinner today.

Edamame, Yanaka Ginger, House Pickles,

and....




Seafood Gratin.

The looks was very gorgeous that the Gratin served on the dish like that.

1st Bodega Lurton White 2002 800 yen This was a leftover bottle Daimajo-sama drunk yesterday. The half left. It was very nice. 2nd Terre du Levant Rose 2003 Sample tasting Oh! very good! The Rose came from Cotes du Ventoux, South Rhone. I am getting a kick out of Rose. 3rd Bodega Lurton Malbec 2002 1200 yen Malbec is a minor grape in Bordeaux. But in Argentina, Malbec must be the best grape for high quality red wine. This was a new arrival as it's new vintage. It was really nice. Very good balance, deep taste. I thought Argentina wine has a excellent potential.

Extra Grande Toque Rose 2003 Sample Tasting Actually, this had been the second wine tonight. But this was corky. What a sorrow bottle corky sample was!
