Hot, hot, hot, hot, hot, hot....
I didn't drink this my favorite Italian wine recently.
Since there are a lot of wine that I have to drink,
I often could not drink a wine I want to drink.
This was very good for my taste.
I call this "Slow wine".

When the red Bordeaux arrived to Japan, it was difficult to
appreciate the quality for me.
But the good quality, I tasted before with the sample tasting,
came back.
There were a lot of very nice concentrated fruits flavor.
I guess the long trip from Bordeaux to Tokyo made the wine
tire the quality.
