Chirashi-Sushi Italian style. Very good !

	1st Suntory Malts Beer I don't drink beer much, but the heat temperature let me drink beer tonight. I like suntory Malts. 2nd Neil Ellis Sauvignon Blanc 2003 1300 yen The heat temperature let me drink South-African wine (?). I thought the taste, Full-bodied, spicy and big volume of acidity, is good for summer time. It was very good for Chirashi-sushi.。 3rd Chateau Maris 2000 1029 yen This was a Biodynamie rouge. Very natural, elegant and very easy to drink. After I drank a half of the bottle, I accidentally went to Karaoke near my house. Oh ! fever !
