The sake was made in Kumamoto.
It was brewed by 100% selected rice and matured over a year at the cellar.
Very good !
Dry, Clean, Crisp.
It was a typical style of Chablis.
It was very good for Temaki-Sushi.
3rd Christophe Violot-Guillemard Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2001 1600yen.
Christophe Violot-Guillemard is well known winery in Pommard.
I thought the price 1600yen was very reasonable.
I could buy this with 2000yen at my store.
