7/28 I cooked dinner today. Edamame, Sashimi,

and Acquapazza.

I tried and tried to cook Acquapazza many times.

Then at last, I have completed the original recipe of Acquapazza. It was so nice.

1st Domaine de Planterieu 2002 934 yen This was a strange label wine, where I was. But it was really nice wine made by famous Chateau Tariquet in Cotes de Gascogne. Accidentally (?), the wine got a lot of good reputations by professional people. In these day, the honey taste has came in the bottle.

2nd L'Ambroisie Chinon 2002 1050 yen When the red wine arrived, I felt something rough taste in the wine. But the taste disappeared. I prefer the smooth taste. I would like to recommend this for heavy drinkers.
