Then I went to Restaurant TAKANO, a really nice French restaurant, a client of mine for long time. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not open today. It was a regular day off. Mr.Takano, owner chef, is out of there. |

But I was able to see Mrs.Takano. Next time, I am going to make a reservation. Then I took a train, Yamagata Shinkansen, to went home. On the way in Yamagata, I saw a lot of vineyards from the window of the train because of Yamagata was a famous grape growing district in Japan. I enjoyed beautiful sights and very nice lunch box in the train. |

2nd Michel Gaunoux Beaune 1997 2980 yen Oh ! my... I had too expected this before I drank it. I had really enjoyed vintage 1996 of this before. But I felt 1997 was so lighter than 1996. I might be lost my proper taste due to blazing hot days recently. |
