7/15 The diary of continuation from 14th Sept. It was going late a night at restaurant "gaza" in Hakata. Somebody said " Hey ! Mr. Naito, Are you going to see the Yamakasa Festival ? It is starting soon" " Oops ! What time is it now ?" " It is a pretty past 4 o'clock morning." Oh ! No ! The festival starts 4:59 morning , but there are so many people at the gallery. A lot of local people advised me that you had to come to the place of the festival before 3 o'clock otherwise we might not see the festival. " OK, so I am going to guide you. " Mr. Yoda said. He was a member of the festival player before. So he knew the route of the festival and kenw how to see the festival very well. We took a taxi and went through the narrow bypath.

Then we arrived at the back of Kushida Shrine Temple, where was the start place of Yamakasa, then we went through a crowd and reached at the front of the Shrine Temple, was a very good view point.

I felt a very high spirited atmosphere of the festival.

Any way, here were so extraordinary huge people. Then Yamakasa, a kind of carry portable shrine, moved with a big sound of drum.

Great ! Great ! Great ! Yamakasa, was carried by the festival players, was moving very fast even though it's weight was over a ton. I could not catch up to push a shutter.

Yamakasa was so great festival. I was moved very much. I really appreciate Mr.Yoda and Mr.Mine to have such a great experience. At last, I did not have a sleep and went back to home.

This was the first time to have a dinner and wine at my home in this week. 1st Bellecourt Chardonnay 2002 934 yen My home drinking of this was so nice !

2nd Scotchmans hill Pinot Noir 2002 2600 yen My home drinking of this was really nice ! Oh ! this was really outstanding Pinot Noir wasn't this ? I would like to recommend this for all !
