" We can not drink any warm red wine, over 25'C because of the flavor is changing. I rather prefer a warm beer than warm red wine. I think 14'C -16'C is good temperature of red wine when the temperature outside is over 30'C. You should keep a red wine in a refrigerator. " Keep cool a red wine in summer time!" 1st Naveran Blanc de Blancs 2002 934 yen This was from Penedes, Spain. The blend was Xarel.lo, was local grape, and Chardonnay. I felt good unique acidity. I had it cool to drink.

2nd Chateau Pesquie Prestige 2001 2000 yen New arrival This was the second premium range of Chateau Pesquie. Ouintessence, the top premium range, was blended by mainly Grenache. This was blended by mainly Syrah using 100% new French Oak. Superb concentrated, full-bodied, rich and very supple. I drunk it with 15'C around. It was a outstanding red wine in this class, I thought. I strongly recommend this for all.
