I know it is really big job to write a diary everyday with such a big volume of
topics and photos. She also takes a lot of pictures when she visits to restaurants.
She may be strange customer for restaurants.

The vintage of Marquies de Bolland has changed to 2003.
What a nice vintage 2003 is.
Good valance, full-bodied, a lot of fruits. It was really nice wine.
But the volume of the production was getting down due to the
crazy hot temperature and small rain. It caused on the price up in wine countries.
We also have another problem of strong Euro. Very serious !
I thought this Cabernet 2003 is the best Marquis of all vintages I have tasted.
It must de a great thing that we can drink a such kind of high quality wine
with only 600 yen around.
Very good ! Only the price up is a dark cloud in the blue sky.
