7/5 I appreciated that Mr.Thierry GASCO, Chef de Caves of Champagne Pommery, came to Cave de Re-Lax.

I went to "Sushi-ya no Goto", my most favorite Sushi restaurant with my friends. I brought bottles of wine there as usual. We 4 people drunk 5 bottles with sushi. What a splendid combination sushi and wine was. Wonderful ! Marvelous ! Fabulous !

The wine we drunk, Pesquie Chardonnay 02 Chateau Pesquie Cuvve Terrasses 02 Lucien Boillot Bourgogne Rouge 98 Outstanding !
