I heard Sauvignon Blanc in South-Africa is different clone with Sauvignon Blanc
in Bordeaux and Loire.
This spicy flavor like a green pepper is a typical flavor of the clone.
This was really nice, my favorite white wine.
Le Paradou is a new brand "Negociant range of Cateau Pesquie".
I drunk companion wine of this "Le Paradou Cotes du Venteaux 2003" on 18th June.
I thought this was also mild, soft, friendly taste of Cuvve Terrasses similar with the
Cotes du Venteaux.
Comparing with the Cotes du Venteaux, Cotes du Luberon had less spicy taste and
milder and softer fruits flavor, I felt.
This was also very very good wine. These are coming to Japan at autumn.
