6/27 I took a day-off today. I cooked a spaghetti for lunch. It was very nice, but garlic might be just bit too much.

Then I went to Shimotsuki-tei, Japanese - French restaurant at near my house, for a dinner.

I brought two bottles of wine. I enjoyed the dinner very much.

1st Vincent Bouzereau Bourgogne Chardonnay 2001 1900 yen Vincent Bouzereau is one of the top wineries in Meursault. I thought this was a typical really nice Burgundy white, used very well grown grape and was fermented very carefully. It was really nice wine.

2nd Matthieu de Brully Aloxe-Corton 1996 2680 yen This was one of loss leaders for our sale this month. This showed us very good mature. I thought 2680 yen was too cheap. Unfortunately, all bottles were sold out.
