6/15 I watched a TV cooking show this morning. Mr.Ochiai, the famous Italian restaurant owner & chef, cooked " Italian style Chirashi-sushi". It looked very nice, so I tried it for our dinner tonight.

I wondered the taste of Italian-sushi, because I could not imagine the sushi taste using a lot of wine-vinegar and olive oil. But it was really very very nice.

1st Chateau La grande Metairie blanc 2003 1000 yen new arrival The winery is located next door of Chateau Fongrave, popular Bordeaux wine of Cave de Re-Lax. The owner of the Chateau is famous wine maker Mr.Jean-Luc Buffeteau. It was very crisp, clean and fresh wine. It was very good for "Italian sushi".

2nd Chateau La grande Metairie rouge 2003 1000 yen new arrival Red is also very clean fruity taste. I thought this was very good for every Japanese cuisine.
