We usually call this wine "Chateau Pesquie Chardonnay".
But strictly speaking, this is not "Chateau Pesquie" but "Pesquie".
Because the winery use grapes bought from another vineyards.
"Chateau Pesquie" have to use grapes from their own vineyards.
By the way, popular Terrasses is "Chateau Pesquie".
Any way, I really love this Chardonnay.

This was also poor outlet sale item.
Domaine Aimet is small family winery in Minervois, South France.
The style of this wine was very classical.
There is just bit a oxidized mature taste.
I guess the taste is not good for all, but heavy wine drinker may like the style.

Then I tried 3rd bottle, but I made mistake to choose the bottles.
This was really to good ! Comparing with 2nd red, this was very modern style,
a lot of concentrated grape taste.
Too good ! I was going to drink this a little, but I drank a whole bottle.
Too much drinking !
