Very good mature Riesling ! 2nd Domaine Baillat Cuvee Emilien 2000 2500 yen New arrival This was a new arrival from Corbieres, South France. Cuvee Emilien is the top cuvee of Domaine Baillat made by 100% Syrah from their highest vineyards. I thought it was outstanding Corbieres. I felt a taste as like a top-expensive Merlot in Bordeaux. Previous vintage 1999 was also outstanding, but the vintage 2000 is better than 1999, I think.
