4/11 I was going to inspect the London wine market very hard. But unfortunately, all of the shops were closed because it was Easter Sunday today. So I went to a sightseeing in London instead of the hard job. For Buckingham Palace,

for Big Ben,

for Abbey Road,

etc. Then I had a dinner, I cooked, at Takebe's gorgeous flat.

There were no supermarkets open, so I manage to cook all dishes with the stocks in the refrigerator and some more things which I bought at kind of CVS was only just open today. Tomato & Mozzarella, Green Salad, Seafood Gratin, Saffron Rice and Roast Potato & Onion, were not so bad.

Also I enjoyed much Chateau Maris 2000, was bought at Nicolas.
