4/4 I came to Sirmione, the beautiful town at Lake Garda, taking 2 hours from Milan.

I was invited a great dinner party by Mr.Enrico di Giulio, owner of Borgo di Colloredo, is Cave de Le-Lax's very popular Italian wine from Molise State. The winery made elegant-beautiful-excellent wine using 100% organic grapes. I also met Mr.Jean-Jaques Pluss, a wine consultant of Colloredo, and talked about wine making, wine drinking, wine life a lot, even though we met at first time.

Especially, I was impressed by vertical tasting of '95, '96, '97 vintages of Colloredo. I enjoyed great foods and wines very much !
