I went to Oriol Rossell, the best seller sparkling wine of Cave de Re-Lax, today.
I was welcomed by Ms.Merce Rrossell, a daughter of the owner,
and Mr.Enric Roca, wine maker.
I was amazed, amazed and amazed here.
In short speaking, "Why are you particular about wine making so much?"For example,
Cool fermentation,
Moving Bottle 100% by hand,
Corking after receiving a order.
The winery use only 20ha their own vineyard for Oriol Rossell, even though they have
90ha vineyards. The other grapes from 70ha was sold to Big Cava companies.
The demand for the winery is enough with in domestic market, so they need not export
their wine.
Cave de Re-Lax found the winery fortunately 6 years old and asked to buy their wine.
Now 15% of their products were exported to us. They said, "It is enough for us".
I knew we were very lackey !
I knew there are the reason why with such a very good wine.
I was very impressed !Then I had a TAPAS & Glass Wine dinner at wine bar "INZOLIA"
in Vilafiranca.
It was so nice!
