I had a Temaki-Sushi dinner tonight.
This is made by Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio from Veneto.
Comparing with the Sauvignon Blanc of same winery made,
I felt it had more fruits & crispy taste.
It also had a lot of mineral.
