Ms.Marie-Christine TARBY, owner of Henri Maire, the top winery in Jura,
came to our store today.
Cave de Re-Lax has been a agent of Henri maire for 4 years, she always
visit to our store when she came to Japan.
In her trip this time, she went to Canada, stayed three days, then went
to US, stayed three days, then came to Japan, staying two days.
And then she is going to leave Japan to China tomorrow. Surprise !
Long name wine... the wine made from Rueda Spain.
The Grape variety is Verdejo 100%. Both names, producing district
and grape variety, may not be popular. Rueda is located in north Madrid.
Verdejo is the local grape in Rueda.
Very clean, a lot of fruits, my favorite style. It was very nice.

We have received new vintage 2000 Quintessence, which is the
top cuvee of Chateau Pesquie.
The bottle shape of Quintessence has changed from Bordeaux style
to Bourgogne style in 2000.
Grenache 70%, Syrah 30% from the best brooks of the family vineyards.
Fermented very carefully, matured in new 100% French oak.
Racked about 18 months, then bottled and matured again within bottles
over 24 months.
The technical information seems a real Grand Vin.
I was sure this was the real Grand Vin when I drunk. Ripe, rich, complex,
it was so great.
It is the real outstanding wine in the class of 2000 yen.
