It seemed that he was only interested in about wine. When we were talking about wine, he spoke a lot. But he didn't speak when we talked about except wine. I thought He was the man who made such a good wine. 2nd Azienda Borgo di Colloredo Montepulciano del Molise 2001 980 yen OH! It was so nice. Very good ! I didn't feel such a great taste when I had drunk it last time. I was very impressed the taste of it today! I am not sure which was growing up, "the quality of wine?" or " my tasting ability?" Any way, I was impressed Mr.Jean-Jacques PLUSS,

wine-consultant of the winery, when we met in Italy 10days ago. I felt his strong passion for making wine. He was a real "WINE-MAN". What a nice wine it was !
