I was going to have a no-wine-day today, but I couldn't.
This Chablis, Cave de Re-Lax's private blend, was getting more complex flavor.
I thought there was typical mineral taste of Chablis and very nice honey accent.
It was so nice wine!

The wine ,which I sang a praise when I drank before, is not always very good.
But this was also outstanding wine !
Very deep, rich, concentrated, big volume, but very elegant.
