Hanging Tender Stakes Red wine Sauce & Mashed Potato.

Since the import of US beef has been banned, it is getting difficult to buy my favorite Hanging Tender beef. I was not able to buy them for while but I fortunately found them today. They were very nice. 1st Bellecourt Viognier 2002 Brand new Cave de Re-Lax private white, comingthe store on June 1000 yen This bottle was the result of the secret tasting I had on January 20 - 23. It was Bellecourt Viognier from South-France. I enjoyed much the typical grape style of Viognier, elegant, fruits, fruits, fruits and fruits ! It was a wonderful white wine.

2nd Bellecourt Medi 2002 Brand new Cave de Re-Lax private red, coming the store on June 900 yen This was also the result of the secret tasting. This was a big style red wine made by Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon from South-France. Big, rich, concentrated, enormous bodied, but well-balanced. I may pride my self that it is probably the ultra exceptional thing that such a great wine is only 900 yen. I named this wine "Medi" in honor of the big sunshine of Mediterranean.
