3/18 I cooked dinner for my family today again. I was lackey to buy a big INADA fish for SASHIMI with very reasonable price at my neighbor supermarket. |

I tried to cook the INADA not for SASHIMI but for Acquapazza. The fish was too big for my frying pan, so I unwillingly cut the head and tail. So I had to give up to eat my favorite eyes of fish. |

They were very nice. When we buy some fish which a supermarket sells for sashimi and eat it as sashimi, it is nice but - just nice. But if we grill the sashimi fish (as a whole, before it is cut and sliced), it tastes so good that it brings tears in my eyes. How wonderful a fresh fish is ! |

2nd Cantina Miglianico Montepluciano d'Abruzzo "Montupoli" 2001 890 yen This also comes from the winery which made the first wine I had today. I tasted a lot of mature concentrated fruits. Very good balanced style. Very good wine ! |
