1st Chateau Fongrave Blanc 2003 Sample Tasting
The sample of 2003 vintage was carried by Francois, owner of Chateau Fongrave, from Bordeaux last week.
The grape variety of the white has changed to 100% Semillon in 2003.
Oh! This is wonderful ! A lot of fruits, which are like a white-peach, moderate acidity and mineral.
I think that the wine are getting better and better in the future.
It is very good wine. The stock of vintage in Cave de Re-lax will change to 2003 on July around.
