Then we had a wine dinner at "Le Cep", my favorite wine bar in Roppongi with wine journalists we invited. I thought Mr. CAVALIER looked as a kind of hard man like a artist at my first impression. He was a VIP , the owner of famous winery, so I thought I had to behave being polite to him. But I seemed to told him something a strange, I felt the atmosphere getting to become tense there. White Chateau de Lascaux Les Pierres D'Argent 2002 Red Chateau de Lascaux Les Noble Pierres 2000 Chateau de Lascaux Les Secrets 2000 I have never knew the winery and vineyards are operated by 100% Organic method. How excellent these wines are ! I felt very strong healthy grape power a lot. I thought Mr. CAVALIER was a kind of hard man first, but I found he was a very nice parson after a while. |

He seemed be tense at first, too. He was a man , sincere, honest, shy and having a strong faith of wine making. We spent relaxed, enjoyed time so much with him. |
