It is HINA-MATSURI today, Japans' traditional the girls' festival.
1st Hidakami Junmaishu
I chose SAKE today for 1st to enjoy the combination with Sashimi and Nabe.
This is one of the most favorite Sakes for me made in Ishinomaki, northern
local city of Japan.
This is a sample for the new vintage arriving from the winery by air. Oh !
It was very nice ! I was so impressed. ?I?I ?_?i?E0?E?j?^ ?I?I
The vintage 2002 is also good wine, rich, elegant, full-bodied. But I felt the
taste richer, more elegant, a lot of fruits. Tortoise Creek Premium 2003 is
a great ! It is said, It was so hot summer in 2003 in France that the quality
of wine is very good. I think the sample is proof of that.
The next arrivals of Tortoise Creek Premium will be 2003 vintage on Jun.
3rd Villiera Down to the Earth red 2002 980 yen
I drank up the 2nd wine very quickly because of the good taste.
I felt distressed without wine watching a soccer game.
Then I opened the 3rd bottle. It is against the theory to drink cheaper wine
after drinking more expensive one. But the South African wine was no problem.
I enjoyed the bottle, but I think the wine has some unique flavor.
May some one prefer, may someone not prefer. So I don't recommend this one for all.
