3/1 It is very cold today ! Why? My friend Francois, owner of Chateau Fongave, which is our best seller Bordeaux wine, came to Cave de Re-Lax from Bordeaux just after one year interval.

We have a long partnership, I am very happy with his visiting here. Then we went to " Petit Maison ",(03-3504-1988) my favorite French restaurant located near by Cave de Re-Lax. This is such a nice restaurantt! We had a special an anniversary menu for 3800yen. Starter

So wonderful ! At Petit Maison, they serve wonderful dishes. They are not only reasonably priced but so tasty that even the French are surprised! Francois seemed deeply moved, drinking his own wine with the wonderful French cousine in Tokyo.

The rose is brand new, 100% Merlot. I liked it very much, charming, elegant, beautiful. We enjoyed the combination with the Bouillabaisse so much.

He made the rose wine only 2000 bottles in 2003. I reserved 1000 bottles at once after drinking the wine.

I was going to come home ASAP after the dinner, but I went to KARAOKE as usual.

Then Francois was bursting ! Oh my Buddha !
