2/28 I went to a new department-store MARUI KITASENJU , open on 27 February.

There were quite a lot of people, so it is very difficult to advance in the store.

I managed to arrived at a wine & liquor shop in the department-store.

I appreciate that there are Cave de Re-Lax wine corner at the shop.

There are a lot of Cave de Re-Lax's value wines, Marquis de Bolland, Tortoise Creek, Pangolin, etc. I recommend to all living in the area to visit the shop. I took a photo with Mr. Ichikawa, manager of the store.

1st Marquis de Bolland Chardonnay 2001 690 yen Now we have two vintages of Chardonnay , 2001 and 2002. Both of Vintages are good. I probably felt a just bid acidity more with 2001.

2nd Salmon Harbor Merlot 2002 Sample tasting This Merlot is made from Washington State USA. It is good Merlot, very well balanced. I was wondering if I should buy it or not depends on the minimum lot and the price.
