Bellecourt Chablis is Cave de Re-Lax's private wine made by a small winery
in Chablis. I should say " This is the Chablis".
I felt a lot of the typical Chablis flavor, like a mineral , like a solt. It is very crispy.
Very good.
2nd Domaine de La Charmoise Premiere Vendange 2002 1890 yen
It is the VIN NATURE , organic and no SO2 wine.
I admire that it is a typical one.
Henry Marionette, owner and wine-maker of the winery , is known as the
"Magician of Gamay" by the French media.
This is a AOC Touraine red made by 100% Gamay.
I suppose mostly wine connoisseur , who believe that the flavor of Beaujolais is
Gamay's flavor, never find the wane made by 100% Gamay.
I rather say it is like a high quality Grenache. Very delicate , elegant , natural ,
but very concentrate and full bodied. I love it.
