I went to my Yokohama office today and found that there are a lot of jobs waiting for me.
I went to Nagano last week and went to Kyushu this week.
So I was leaving the office for long time. I am also leaving Toranomon shop for long time.
I came back to South Africa wine. I call it the one of my House wines, I don't feel any stress
to drink , like a Marquis de Boland Sauvignon Blanc or Chateau Presque Chardonnay.
I mean it is a kind of origin of my life, like a water but I always enjoy it more than water
except I was too much drink....

The leftover from Sunday. I have kept open the bottle for 5 days.
I felt a strange flavor five days ago, called reducing flavor which is caused onbottling process,
bottling timing or it's yeast activity. then I stopped drinking.
I expected that the time lets the flavor disappear. Oh ! I win !
There are no strange flavor and there are a lot of concentrated typical Shiraz fruit flavor.
I confirmed strongly this is a big wine but needs some mature.
We should wait a while, but if you do want to drink this bottle , you should open the bottle
at least before a night.
