It is very fine today at Hakuba.
I went to Tugaike-Kogen ski area with Mr. Nishino, owner of Restaurant & Hotel Traumerei ,
who is very good at snowboarding.
I have not been to ski area for two years.
When I went to ski area at last time, I had my collarbone broken while snowboarding.
So I didn't choose a snowboard but try to skiboard. 。
The condition is so nice. We enjoyed a boarding very much.


Then I had a dinner at Traumerei again with Mr.Nishino and Mr.&Mrs. Hashiura, Chef & Patissier.
The MENU is changing every day, so we can enjoy thedinners if we stay long here.

Oh wonderful ! I was so impressed. I named Mr. Hashiura "Magician of French
cuisine". The one of reasons why is that even though he was not in the
kitchen but at the table with us, he made a lot of wonderful dishes.
Actually, He had many good staffs.

I was surprisedハatハlots ofハfresh fruits tasteハwasハcoming up.
Because when I drank the same wine a different bottleハ3 years ago,
I remember the taste was not so fruits, but was very herbal and very metallic.

Then I drank very old Armagnac.
And...
Mr. Nishino is professional for SAKE tasting.
He wrote a SAKE guide book several years ago.

Then Sake, Sake ,Sake and Sake.
Unfortunately, I remember nothing after the Sakes.
