I went to Restaurant & Hotel Traumerei ,which is the one of oldest restaurant
in Japan has accommodations of hotel, located in Hakuba NAGANO where had
the Winter Olympic game in 1998.

I have had a business relationship with the restaurant for a long time.
But I have not been here for 7 years. It has been a long time.

I love the restaurant. Here are a lot of beautiful, wonderful cuisines made
by young Chef de Cuisine Mr.Hashiura.

I lost my voice & word, there were so great. I was very impressed. the each
dish made beautiful harmony at last.
The level of services have been glowing up. Everything was very nice.
I brought wines here specially not only drinking for myself but also for
staff tasting.

This is the private brand for Cave de Re-lax by Chateau Tariquet , the top
winery in Gaillac.
2nd Robert Ampeau Meursault 1985
The wine terribly match with Chicken & Mushroom Soup because of the kind of
good mature smell and flavor.
3rd Gros F&S Vosne Romanne 2001
Wonderful ! Very good at the pinky Lamb !
