I am so busy !

1st Le Bousquet Blanc 2002 890yen
The wine made from Gard in South France, by 100% organic grapes.
I think the price of the bottle of 890yen is very reasonable.
I felt clean, natural and elegant taste. The taste is very good.
2nd Joostenberg Flagship Red 2002 2480yen New arrival
This is the flagship wine of Joostenberg , which is a 5th-generation family farm, committed to natural farming and winemaking.
Pangolin, Cave de Re-Lax 's best sellers South-African wine, is NEGOCIANT-Range of the winery.
I am sure to drink this top South-African wine that Tyrrel who is a young wine-maker of Joostenberg is real genius wine-maker !
Deep, robust, rich, complex, elegant, well-balanced, round and stylish.
I think 2480 yen is still very cheep comparing with the other country's topranges.
I named this wine as " Super Cape " !

The technical is following,
The grapes were sourced from 3 specially selected vineyards on our farm in the Muldersvlei area of Paarl.
All the vineyards are characterized by well-drained, decomposed granite and clay soils which give relatively low vigor to the vines.
The vines were pruned severely and on average yielded 5t/ha.
The grapes were hand-picked, destemmed, lightly crushed and fermented in open-topped tanks.
After fermentation the wines were racked directly to barrel for malolactic fermentation.
The 3 components were matured separately in small French oak barrels for 18 months before being blended and bottled.
Approximately 25% of the barrels were new and the remainder were a combination of 2nd and 3rd fill barrels.
13,200 bottles were produced.
