I went to ROPPONGI, where is the famous Night-spot in Tokyo, in spite of
having a cold. I had very good Sushi.
I have drunk a Champagne Jacques Selosse, which is much talked about by wine
connoisseur, at first time. I felt elegant taste, creamy bubble, then I could find
very good complex Champagne taste. Very good for sushi !

New 2001 vintage has arrived to Cave de Re-Lax. Chateau de Meursault
Bourgogne Chardonnay is one of the most favorite Bourgogne AOC blanc for me.
I confirmed 2001 is very good vintage.
3rd Gros F&S Vosne-Romanee 2001 3980yen
I am not sure it is said the wine is made by the grape from Echezaux Grand Cru
Vineyard. I could believe the rumor with drinking the bottle.

After the sushi restaurant, I went to SHONZUI, a secret wine bar in Tokyo.
I didn't remember the wine. Mr.Katsuyama, owner of the wine bar, recommended
us the bottles. Alsace... Pinot Noir... No SO2... Organic.... Very very nice wine!
