I received these hams and sausages from “Farm Q” in Kumamoto.
They were very good!

1st Michel Noellat Bourgogne Chardonnay 2014 2400 yen
I felt very rich fruits and fine minerals.
It was a very good Burgundy white.
It was very good for “Charcuterie” today.
2nd Ceretto Barolo 2013 5200 yen
Oh! I tasted Barolo today!
It was very delicious.
I felt very delicate fruits essence and very elegant tannin.
Ceretto used to produce a big and dark style Barolo, I think.
This one is very elegant.
I felt some of similar taste to fine Burgundy.
I prefer today’s Barolo.
Very good!
