No Wine Day

I participated in the annual wine dinner party at Monfa in Nakano.
I have kept organizing this event for 24 years.
Time past so first!
Everybody enjoyed super fine cuisine and outstanding wines!
It was a heavy job to serve 10 very fine wines by changing each glass.
I chose all wines today.
All bottles were outstanding!
Especially, everybody was surprised at tasting Crystallum Mabalel Pinot Noir from South Africa.
It was not behind from the big name Burgundy wines.
It was a so nice wine party.
Very good job!
