It was a fine day.
I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
I was surprised at seeing that a baby fish was in the mouth of Kanpachi.
Temaki-Sushi today was great!
Grilled fish bones and skins were great, too.
1st Georges Lignier Bourgogne Aligote 2014
It’s an amazingly tasty Aligote, isn’t it?
It’s probably the best Aligote in my life.
I felt unbelievably clean fruits and acidities.
It’s outstandingly elegant Aligote.
It was very good for Sushi today.
2nd Domaine Machard de Gramont Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2015 2400 yen
It was a very fine Pinot Noir, too.
Named “Domaine” means all grapes were from their fine estate vineyards.
Also, the great vintage in 2015 made it be outstanding quality.
I can’t believe it is an only AOC Bourgogne.
I enjoyed this elegant, deep and complex taste.
It was very good for Sushi today, too.
