No Wine Day
Oct. 1
Oh! It was already October!
We have only three month left in this year.
Baysters, my favorite baseball team, won today and go to the final stage for the championship.
I was so glad.
Then I opened a little better wine than usual.
1st Bedin Prosecco Trevino NV 1700 yen
This Prosecco is made by a popular family owned vineyards & Winery.
I felt a good nuance of hand-made craft wine.
I like elegant babbles, clean fruits, fine minerals and comfortable after taste.
It is quite different from the ordinary industrial Prosecco.
I think it has a super cost performance.
2nd Domaine Taupenot-Merme Bourgogne Passtoutgrains 2300 yen
Taupenot-Merme is a very popular winery in Morey Saint Denis.
It is the bottom range wine of the winery but has an outstanding quality.
I felt very fine red berries, fabulous acidity, elegant tannin and fine-long after taste.
It is just my favorite style of Burgundy.
It was super-ultra delicious.
Both two fine wines today let me be very happy!
