I had a short trip to Tsutrumaki Onsen.
I stayed at Motoyu-Jinya, which is an excellent Japanese-Style hotel.
I supported the wine list making of this hotel before.
I tried an excellent Japanese cuisine at dinner.
After wavering, I chose Japanese Koshu made by Diamond Winery in Yamanashi.
It was a very good choice.
The bottle made fine marriage with starters and sashimi.
After wavering, I chose Domaine Heresztyn Gevrey-Chambertin Les Goulots 2008.
It was a great choice.
It showed a tremendously fine mature.
I felt outstandingly nice fruits made by great Pinot Noir.
The bottle made fabulous marriage with roast Matsutake.
Every dishes was so delicious.
I deeply enjoyed them.
After the dinner, I took Onsen bath at my room with Champagne.
Ah… this feels like a heaven.
