It was the first Sanma for me in this season.
1st Domaine Chaud Delaware 2014
It is an outstanding Delaware I have ever tasted.
I felt very fine aroma, acidity, fruits and minerals.
There wasn’t any disturbing aroma, flavor, and taste that some Delaware has.
I was surprised that Delaware became such a elegant white wine.
Very good!
2nd Graham Beck Gorgeous
It is a unique rose wine made from the base wine of making sparkling wine.
Then it doesn’t have a vintage indication.
Exactly, the blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay for “Cap Classic” is gorgeous.
The taste was very clean, fruity and natural.
I like this very much.
3rd Villa d’Est Winery Pinot Noir 2013 5140 yen
Accidently, I opened my special stock.
Too much hotness made me mistake.
I felt very fine aroma, concentrated red fruits and comfortable tannin.
I was sure again Villa d’Est Pinot Noir was one of the best Pinot Noirs in Japan.
